Prints and other physical products are usually shipped within 1-4 weeks depending on the item. Preorders are shipped according to the information on the website.

As prints are visually checked and signed by Manuel Hammelsbeck, a longer shipping may apply in case Manuel is away for travels.

We use WhiteWall as our main shipping company and we always provide a link for tracking. When the shipped item is transferred to a local shipping company the tracking link will sometimes no longer be showing the actual status of the shipment. Please allow at least two weeks before contacting us.

If you experience a damaged package, please take a picture and send it to us for further advice.
